Spring Daze Artists are the Core of the 25 Years of the Festival

The 25th anniversary of the Spring Daze Arts and Crafts Festival in Cary has grown into the seasonal tradition that it has become, starting a quarter century ago by the event being created to showcase and allow local artists and vendors to put their work and products on display for all to see. This year is certainly no different, with “Vendors Row” set to showcase Spring Daze Artists in a wide array of mediums and styles.

As an example of the wide range of diversity that will be on display and for sale by the Spring Daze Artists on “Vendors Row,” there will be upwards of 15 different categories of arts and crafts according to the Town of Cary website. Items and art pieces in the following mediums will be seen on Vendors Row, for anyone interested in candles, clay art, drawings, fiber and leather, folk art, furniture, glass, graphics, jewelry, printing, photos, sculpture, soap and wood. At townofcary.org, details on items and artists in each of these areas can be found.

Another group of the Spring Daze Artists to be featured will be the musicians on hand, and the town’s website has yet to announce the full lineup, but explained the tradition of the local musicians and them being a part of the 25th anniversary celebration. “Spring Daze features a variety of local and regional entertainment including live music, dancing, storytelling and roving entertainers,” the event page notes. ” Small, intimate stages are nestled throughout the festival, so you’re never too far from quality entertainment! Best of all, all of our entertainment is family friendly.”
